CAPS (Covers or Cups)

The leading elements of SAININI SRL production, result of over thirty-years of experience, are the CAPS (COVERS or CuPS), essential components for cooling panels EAF and vaults of industrial ovens.
The cooling of metal parts of industrial furnaces, metallurgical furnaces or of any other high temperature process, is necessary to extend the life of the refractory lining. Obtaining it, however, generates a technical difficulty. Our Caps (Covers or Cups) are essential for the production of effective and reliable systems.

The caps are produced both in P275 NH / P265 GH steel and in COPPER and STAINLESS STEEL and are supplied BLASTED and complete with CERTIFICATE 3.1 EN 10204: 2004. Each cap is made keeping the constant thickness in all its parts to facilitate the Customer during the welding phase, obtaining a resistant and high quality piece.
The cap is manufactured with the aim of facilitating the passage of liquid in the various pipes of the cooling panel. Indeed, unlike other products, it has no edges and therefore allows a greater quantity of water to pass without obstacles that get slower the flow. Continuous innovation allows, until today, to have a large catalogue of more than 100 masters with dimension rangings from diameter 27 mm. up to 141 mm. with a wide range of thicknesses and lengths.

Obviously the caps can be found both in the round and square section.
The Company's experience allows us to satisfy the request of each Customer by producing the caps with different types of material.
Another strong point we are very proud of is the production method of the cups that in SAININI SRL is performed through HOT FORGING.
